Examinations Officer
Chigwell School are seeking to appoint an Examinations Officer to join our successful independent school known for its commitment to academic excellence, holistic education, and a supportive learning environment. This post is a full-time permanent position during term time (plus 15 days during the school holidays) starting in the Lent term 2025.
As the Exams Officer, you will be responsible for managing the administration and organisation of both internal and external examinations in the school. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of all exam processes, from registration to results, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance with exam regulations.
The successful candidate will have experience working with examination boards and understanding of exam processes and knowledge of JCQ regulations and experience in adhering to exam board guidelines. In addition, they will have strong organisational and time-management skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during exam seasons
